As a Medicare beneficiary, you have the right to receive quality healthcare services, provided for as long as they are medically necessary. Acumentra Health is designated by the federal Medicare agency to protect your rights to
- file a complaint about the quality of your medical care
- appeal a hospital discharge decision if you feel you still need hospital services
- appeal a discharge decision from a nursing home, home health agency, or hospice if you feel you still need these services
